Awesome news you guys. I received a personal invitation from the CEO of Wizpert, a website that specializes in experts answering people's questions to become a registered expert. So happens he perused through this blog and personally referred me. So I am now officially a Wizpert.

Materials and Methods 2 Notes Posted

The full notes for Materials and Methods 2 have been reposted on the Materials and Methods 2 page to make it easier to find.

New Assignment on Blackboard for Materials and Methods 2

There is a new assignment on blackboard for materials and methods 2 that is due thursday. It has something to do with preping a presentation and presenting.

There is also a worksheet he wanted us to read thoroughly on the connections of steel members for today.

Improvements to Materials & Methods 2 Notes

The notes for Materials & Methods 2 have been in the process of having more detailed images added into the notes. Images online and self created images of details in class are in the process of being added to the notes as well as supplementary questions on key concepts in the notes. I hope they are useful.

Architectural History 3 | Review

There is a Review today at 4 for Fee's history class. She will be answering any questions you may have about the test today. This is an informal review.

Architectural Design 3.2 | Work from Yesterday's Jury

"To those of you that did not pinup or submit your work yesterday following class, please bring your work to me as soon as possible for review and comment. I plan to return your materials in class Wed. afternoon.

I am in my office this morning until 11 am and will be in Wed. morning as well. My office is room 218. If I am not there, slip it under the door and make sure your name if on it.

Architecture History III | Carey Fee

Carey Fee's Architectural History 3 Class is canceled today. Class will resume Thursday with Futurism.

LEED Green Associates Workshop

There is a LEED Green Associates workshop being given by LEED professionals  on the 25th of January and the 1st of February.

It is a two day 8 hour course from 1:00 to 5:00 on both days. The location is the Renaissance Center 2nd floor Conference Room | 435 N Macomb St.

IRattler will be down  due to monthly maintenance between the Saturday 17th of November at 7:00 PM through Sunday the 18th of November at 7:00 PM

Helping with the FAMU Homecoming Float | Reward is a possible $1000 extra in the form of a scholarship for this coming spring semester

Anyone who participates in the FAMU Homecoming Parade with the float on Saturday the 10th at 6:30 at the intersection of Georgia and Macomb will get credited next semester with funding from the school in the form of a scholarship.

Talk to Dean Andrew Chin or just attend and let him know afterwards. between 40 and 60 people are needed total.

Design 3.1 | Goodwin | Whats Due Over Veterans Day

For the Veterans Day Weekend:

1. Pin an image of your parti model and sketches to Pinterest

This board is where you should put your images of your initial parti's.  Deadline is Vetern;s Day by 5:00 pm.  If you didnt get an invite, please email Mrs. Goodwin ASAP!

2. Pin images of your inspiration precedents to Pinterest (Same board as the Dance Studio Precedent).  Juse write: INSPIRATION and tell me why you selected the work of architecture.  Or you can email Mrs. Goodwin the images.

3. Pin up the Partis paintings in the studio.  Put it next to your desk.
